The Slow-braised Pumpkin Crab in Claypot is here to stay but even tastier than before.
The deliciously creamy yellow-golden gravy of this pumpkin dish is enriched to mesmerise one’s palate. You should dip the bread in the gravy as it soaks up the goodness of it, giving you the contrast between soft and crispy texture.
Additionally, diners get to indulge in all-time favourite Chilli Crab, Black Pepper Crab and a dish back by popular demand, the Crab Bee Hoon– definitely a local favourite way to enjoy this valued crustacean. The ‘wok hei’ tastes is amazing! The moment, this dish came out, everyone rushed to take more.
Salted egg – anything fan delight! Salted Egg Crab with Curry Leaves graces the buffet line once again, bound to steal hearts!
The chef is very generous with the salted eggs, so every mouthful of crab meat is accompanied with fragrant salted egg sauce!
Opt for something “uniquely Spice Brasserie” with the Stir Fried Crab with Asian Spices, for tasty crabs fried with chilli padi, and dried shrimps. The Cheesy Crab Cake made with potato, celery, carrot, cheese, nutmeg and of course, crab meat under a light crusting of panko is thoughtfully crafted, especially in size, so you can enjoy popping them as appetizer before digging further into the Endless Crab Party.
Try other new creations such as Crab in Steamed Wine, Rock Salt Baked Crab or something with a kick like the Stir Fried Crab with Jalapeño.
Besides the many must-try dishes, diners are entitled to one serving per person to relish the exquisite flavours our Flame-grilled Mentaiko Lobster, a dish that one cannot miss.
Spice Brasserie also serves Aromatic Peranakan and Authetic Zi Char Buffet which offers a selection of traditional local dishes and Asian favourites. The all day dining restaurant offers extensive à la carte and buffet selections such as Teochew porridge counter, live stations and a Japanese sushi bar, complemented with a variety of appetisers and desserts.
